At Drinks Delivery Group (“we”, “us”, “our”), we aim to provide fast, reliable delivery both locally and nationwide. This policy explains how shipping and delivery work when you place an order with us.
1. Delivery Options & Costs
We offer both local same-day delivery and nationwide courier delivery.
Free Delivery Thresholds:

🚚 Local same-day delivery: Free on orders over £50

📦 Nationwide delivery: Free on orders over £75
Orders below £75:

Standard Shipping: £3.99

Express Shipping: £6.99
2. Same-Day Local Delivery

Available within 8 miles of Crawley

Orders placed before the daily cut-off will be delivered the same day

Our driver will wait up to 10 minutes at the delivery address
If you are unavailable:

Delivery may be rescheduled (fees may apply)
3. Nationwide Delivery

Orders outside our local delivery zone are shipped via trusted courier partners

Delivery timeframes depend on the selected shipping method

Tracking details will be provided where available
If you are not available:

The courier may leave a card or contact you directly

Redelivery or collection will be arranged according to the courier’s process
4. Missed Deliveries
Local Deliveries:

First missed delivery: free rescheduling

Further missed attempts: £5 fee per attempt
Nationwide Deliveries:

Missed deliveries are handled by the courier

Any redelivery, storage, or return fees may be passed on where applicable
5. Processing Times

Most orders are processed and dispatched same day

During busy periods, dispatch and delivery times may be extended

We will aim to keep you informed of any delays
6. Age-Restricted Deliveries
Certain products (including alcohol and vapes) require the recipient to be 18 or over.

Valid ID may be required upon delivery

Orders will be refused if age verification cannot be completed
7. Delivery Liability

We may take photographic proof of delivery for all orders

If a safe place is nominated, delivery is made at your own risk

Once delivery has been completed (including safe place delivery), responsibility for the order passes to the customer
We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft after delivery has been completed in accordance with your instructions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including:

If we are more than 1 hour late for a booked local delivery slot, we will issue a £10 credit for future purchases.
