Welcome to Drinks Delivery Group (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.


1. Eligibility

Our services are available to customers within the United Kingdom.

Certain products, including alcohol and vapes, are strictly restricted to customers aged 18 and over.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Valid photographic ID may be required upon delivery. Orders will be refused or cancelled if age verification cannot be completed.


2. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.

An order is only accepted and a contract is formed once:

  • Payment has been successfully received, and

  • The order has been confirmed and dispatched

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where fraud is suspected or stock is unavailable.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes

  • We accept card payments, PayPal, and bank transfers (BACS)

  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.


4. Delivery

We offer:

  • Local same-day delivery within 8 miles of RH6 9HL

  • Nationwide delivery via third-party courier partners

Delivery Charges:

  • Free local delivery on orders over £50

  • Free nationwide delivery on orders over £75

  • Orders below £75: £3.99 standard or £6.99 express

For local deliveries:

  • Our driver will wait up to 10 minutes at the delivery address

For nationwide deliveries:

  • Delivery is handled by third-party couriers, and timing is outside our direct control


5. Delivery Conditions

  • We may take photographic proof of delivery

  • If a safe place is nominated, delivery is made at your own risk

  • Once delivery has been completed (including safe place delivery), responsibility for the goods passes to the customer

We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft after delivery has been completed in accordance with your instructions.


6. Missed Deliveries & Rescheduling

  • The first missed delivery attempt may be rearranged free of charge

  • Subsequent missed attempts for the same order will incur a £5 fee

  • A £5 rescheduling fee applies where incorrect delivery details are provided

For age-restricted products:

  • If valid ID is not provided, delivery will be refused


7. Cancellations

Local Deliveries:

  • Free cancellation if more than 3 hours before your delivery slot

  • A £5 fee applies if cancelled within 3 hours

Nationwide Deliveries:

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch

  • If cancelled after dispatch, we may attempt a courier “stop & return”

  • If successful, a refund will be issued minus a £5 fee


8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key points:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days once approved

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, or courier issues

  • If we are more than 1 hour late for a local delivery slot, we will provide a £10 credit for future use

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.


10. Product Use & Responsibility

All products are sold for lawful use only.

We are not responsible for misuse of products, including consumption or use contrary to guidance, legal restrictions, or intended purpose.


11. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Attempt to purchase age-restricted products on behalf of someone under 18

  • Provide false information or misuse our services

  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity

We reserve the right to refuse service where misuse is suspected.


12. Personal Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Traffic disruption

  • Strikes

  • Supply chain issues

  • Courier failures


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
